things i learned from sylvias blog
my theme v2 has several things which i am after.
1.more than one font
2.status and clippings tags.
- i tried to make my own status page but i did it in a way which simply replaced the old one and left no record of my previous ones, im not a fan of this. as for the
- as for the clippings tags i love that, the name perfectly encapsulates the idea of cutting a newspaper and i just love that
how to learn from this code? the hope is that ill just look through it and figure it out... surely thats not hopeless optimism or just foolishness? i would say both if i wasnt such a pessimist
frankly i have taken on as much code as i can for now. it will take me a while to go through it all and decipher which lines are actually the ones i need. ive heard that asking html to import a font two times or in two differnt lines is bad for web performance (you can see how inexperienced i am from the language i use xD )
